- BSBeecher Smith-Stackhouse4 days ago1.0Not for the first time, I arrived at my reservation and had to wait several hours for a car arrive. The word "reservation" needs to mean something. The staff was apologetic, and did their best - but i know this is a consistent problem, especially on Fridays and Holidays weekends. If you know you have a repeated problem, you need to make a change. Maybe don't over book? Maybe make sure you have enough cars to meet your morning reservations the preceding night? As it stands, they are playing fast and loose with your precious time. I will not be booking with them again, if i can help it, or until they make a policy change that results in honest bookings and reliable reservation times.

Any mix up on the return times or the model of vehicles available the staff will work with you to have a solution that's appropriate to your situation. Special thanks to Anthony for his spot on assistance finding a charge on the bill he was able to fix the same day.
