- SLSean LeeNov 13, 20254.0I often rent from this location for work travel. Recently, I have been receiving "check-in" emails. I followed the instructions, hoping to save time during pick up. However, I'm asked to provide the same information all over again during pick up anyway. Not sure what the purpose of the check-in is. Often, the cars are not in pristine or uncleaned condition. Generally, the cars here tend to be a little old and dated. I wish the opening hours could be earlier. Typically, 8 am, and that's considered quite late for me, so I often have to rent the day before just to have the car ready for the early morning schedule, sitting around overnight unused. Compared to typical rental car locations, their office hours can be improved, especially on Saturday. Lastly, they don't allow off-hour drop off, which is another big drag for me. The staff is generally friendly and expedient. With some suggested improvements mentioned above, this place can be 5 star location.

I just wanted to say that I waited a while for my car here (was not informed about the wait) because there were no cars available at the moment. This was beyond the control of the young gentleman working the front desk (didn’t catch his name- but he was also visibly respectful to his coworkers) yet he rapidly did what he could within his control to improve the situation. This is skill and customer service in a time where that seems rare.

The lot is conveniently located and the vehicles and rental terms are great. I worked with four different staff at this site and every one of them was a pleasure to deal with. They switched my vehicle at once when I came back with a T I N Y issue. Thank you, Enterprise, for having such great people!
