The customer service was excellent and I appreciated how Alexa worked hard to make sure we were happy with our car (the car I had selected was returned in damaged condition). The car I ended up taking was comfortable and felt very safe on the road under light snow conditions. I liked that Enterprise texted me with easy contact information after we had left for our trip, we could reach someone at the office if we needed to. It felt like a very personal customer service experience. I definitely will use this Enterprise office again.

However, I'm asked to provide the same information all over again during pick up anyway. Not sure what the purpose of the check-in is. Often, the cars are not in pristine or uncleaned condition. Generally, the cars here tend to be a little old and dated. I wish the opening hours could be earlier. Typically, 8 am, and that's considered quite late for me, so I often have to rent the day before just to have the car ready for the early morning schedule, sitting around overnight unused. Compared to typical rental car locations, their office hours can be improved, especially on Saturday. Lastly, they don't allow off-hour drop off, which is another big drag for me. The staff is generally friendly and expedient. With some suggested improvements mentioned above, this place can be 5 star location.
