  The best car rental in the whole world ever beautiful new cars clean prepared best customer service nice and friendly quick agents at this location I walk in there and after 2 minutes I got out with my car that I reserved The same when giving back I put it down and got out with my receipt 1 minute later Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the best thank you enterprise

  Excellent experience & exceptional staff! I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smile. Process was smooth and efficient. I ended up accidentally putting myself in a travel bind, bur Kym & Julie were happy to help accommodate my needs. Thank you so much ladies!

  I’ve rented from Enterprise many times and have left excellent reviews for other locations, but this visit was disappointing. Even though I had checked in online more than 24 hours in advance, when I arrived for my reservation there was no car ready. I was told they had to send someone to Greenpoint to bring one over. What was supposed to be a short 10–20 minute wait ended up taking an hour. When I got the car, the cigarette smell was overwhelming. I went back inside, and the staff member who inspected it agreed. At that point I was already late for my plans, so I asked for any available car, even a downgrade. They eventually brought up another vehicle, but when I got to my next destination I realized it was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. This is not the level of service I expect from Enterprise, especially after being a loyal customer and having consistently positive experiences elsewhere. Unfortunately, this location fell short.
