  Like other reviews said In his other location the brooklyn one. Young with a nice car and ripped off. Luckily I didnt hop on. Franscesco wanted $1200 for a dent on the top of my sunroof for a minor dent with no breaks in paint no damage but just a dent. Went to another shop found a waaay more better deal. I am about the quality but not when it comes to being ripped off. I did my research for the dent that I have isnt even worth $1200 he said $500 for 90% and said he does it differently and said that's a serious job, which will take 1 day and half to do it. How different does it get. Some BS he said just to make it sound like he is so special and no one does the work he does. Thought i was stupid, but there is no different way to do it all process is the same with any repair. Sadly I get it all the time with auto repair shops or anything thats auto related. Being a women with a nice car a lot of the times I get taken advantage of sadly, Franscesco is that typical car repair person to rip off a young woman with a nice car. I tried being nice but instead this guy took advantage of my kindness. He saw a young women with a BMW just wants to make extra money to pay his mortgage or rent. Walk in with a nice car this guy will take advantage of you period 100%.

  Ice had dented both my passenger door and back door, and after bringing it to Dent Terminator, I truly couldn’t believe the results!! It looks like it never even happened. The quality of work was outstanding, and they got my car back to me even faster than I expected. I’m so glad I went with them and would highly recommend Dent Terminator to anyone needing dent repair!

  Francisco helped me out, very kind and professional. Decent price, and the work came out great. He even found a small little dent I didn't notice and fixed it for me also. Definitely recommend.

  They did a great job removing all the scratches and dents from my car. The price was very reasonable, and the service was great. I highly recommend using Dent Terminator.

  From the minute I walked in and was greeted by francesco i felt welcomed. I decided to stop by this location for the dent.On my car after looking the night before on google. I saw people's pictures and reviews and was pretty amazed at how good this place seemed. when I walked in the door francesco greeted me with hello, happy new year's in a very pleasant tone. I was a bit taken back because a lot of businesses nowadays aren't that friendly but I was very happy to be greeted with such a warm positive response. After showing francesco, the dent on my hood, which was pretty large.And the crack in my paint, he gave me some pointers, what to do after he did the work that we were about to agree on. The prices are beyond fare.The quality of service is better than any corporate america or any other car repair shop i've ever been to and i'm in my forties. francesco and his team are the most professional small business.Auto repair store i've ever been to And i've been to many over the years. After two hours of work, I went to pick up my car and it looked better than the day I bought it at the dealership.And I mean that. Not only was he able to get out the dent and make it better than new, But there were a few little dents on the upper part of the hood, which he was able to get out for me free of charge. If there was a way that I could leave ten stars for this business I would, and that still wouldn't explain how fantastic these guys are. Francesco I told you I was going to leave you a five star review and I am, but I gotta tell you you deserve a lot more than five stars, my friend. i am so pleased and happy that he got my car to look so good.After seeing how dented it was on the hood, it's amazing. I have not gotten the smile off my face since one o'clock.This afternoon, when I picked up my car from him and it is now ten thirty at night. If you need a paintless dent repair, that's gonna give you the best service at the best prices with a smile.I highly recommend this business.Because you will not be disappointed.You don't have to shop around for prices and you don't have to worry about them, not doing the best job. There is no one better than this place. If you bring your dent to the dent terminator consider it terminated!!.....with a smile!
