- AMArif MuhammadOct 19, 20253.0I visited AutoZone on 10/18/2025 between 9:10 PM and 9:25 PM to return a 13” Duralast windshield that I had purchased by mistake. My vehicle’s windshield was fine, and the box was unopened. When I approached the counter, the salesperson claimed that the windshield was missing a clip. I politely explained that the box was unopened and that it came exactly as purchased. He insisted that all 13” Duralast windshields come with a clip. The supervisor was called, and they both reinforced the same claim. To clarify, I personally brought another 13” Duralast windshield from the stock area, opened it in front of them, and confirmed that it did not include a clip. When I invited both the salesperson and supervisor to verify in the windshield area, they refused. At no point did either staff member apologize, acknowledge the mistake, or provide a solution. The supervisor consistently sided with the employee rather than assisting the customer. This experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to help left a negative impression of AutoZone’s customer service. I hope management reviews the CCTV footage from that time to verify this incident. I still rate 3 star ⭐️ hope they learned lessons

They were bilingual (English and Spanish), which made the whole process smooth and comfortable for us. My Experience : Got a new battery and i was also discounted for the old battery that i recycled (you have to turn in your old battery and put in your number)
