If you decide to order something here for pick-up, make sure to call or confirm ahead before you waste your time.
I decided to order a car cover for pick-up today for the upcoming snowstorm. I ordered 3 hours in advance and paid full price also in advance. I revieced my confirmation email and headed my way there after work.
I head inside and there were only 2 workers on the register. One word for them, "slow." Very slow. The worker who eventually helped me was nice enough but he eventually told me me that the car cover I ordered was sold today and that they were out of stock..
I did not receive any notice, I did not receive any warning, nor any apology for my wasted time. I asked for a refund right there and made sure to get my receipt for it at the spot. He took 10 minutes to even issue said refund.
I don't know if they just had an off or just a bad day, but I will safely say, I will never be back here and I would recommend to any potential customers to just be a little aware of potential disasters like this.
Terrible experience.
