  From now on I will purchase my items from Advance Auto, I ordered 2 items online that did not work for me and I went to the Autozone location on Foster Ave for a return. Big mistake on my part, I walked in at 8pm, 1 hour prior to them closing. As soon as I walked in I felt as if I was bothering them, being that they were more worried about their papa John's pizza order. After making a noise ,clearing my throat , and saying hello at the counter. The manager looked at me and said we don't take online returns, it wont work, go to the hub store. He didn't try nor did he want to process the return. I asked for his name and he replied (Max) i'm the store manager, after asking for his name he then tried to cover up by giving me the address to the Utica ave store, telling me " it not far" . Being in a customer service environment for 25 years let's you know when someone is blowing you off. I will take my business where its valued. **** Update*** I walk into a Autozone in Queens, wait my turn and approach the young man at the register. I tell him its a online order return, he says no problem. Scans the bar code from the email as well as the receipt i present. Once done, he asked for my tel number and my signature on the screen. He then pleasantly explain that the return went back to my card, and thanks me for coming. The Foster Ave manager needs to come to this store to learn customer service. Thank you to the young man at Merrick blvd Autozone for a better customer experience.

  This is a good AutoZone to visit. Especially since they have mechanics on stand by. I had someone named Robert put in my headlight yesterday. Thankfully he did a good job.👍

  Horrible experience. I would not visit this store again. I went to other locations and had a much better experience. I am aware that this is an auto parts store but yet I expect the supervisors would trained in customer service. I thought they would be attentive, helpful and pleasant to their customers but that was not my experience.
