- ABArtem BobrovNov 7, 20251.0A middle eastern woman sold me the wrong windshield wipers even I after I gave her my VIN and when I came back with the new wipers and my old ones to show her what I needed instead; she went and got her manger to ask her if she should return it or not because the plastic box that the wipers were opened not up to par to her personal standards.🙄I told both of them there’s no damage to the item itself and it’s going to go to repackaging anyway. She looked me dead in the eyes and told me not to intervene with her conversation between her and her manager. No joke. And I didn’t interrupt her nor got loud or anything , I simply was speaking to both of them at the same time. So I said excuse me I don’t know how long you’ve been on this country but we speak freely here and you don’t get to tell me who I can or cannot speak to. Then she started being more rude and condescending. The manager said that’s just the packaging just do the return. I don’t know why people like this get costumer service oriented jobs if they don’t understand basic manners and communication skills, let alone get you the right part.

Jabeer the store manager did the deeds and swap out my battery lube up my terminals and gave me some tips and tricks to prevent my battery terminals to be more anti corrosive.
