  The sales manager was very rude i called this place and told them that I needed it A loner tool which is a service they provide i needed to loan the battery jump box being my car was dead up the street I was told over the phone. This was possible i walked from 4th Ave for the person at the counter to tell me I can't use the battery box unless my car is in the parking lot.Whatever since that makes I wouldn't need it duh. I was trying to Bring my car there to buy a battery. I buy the jump box after asking.Can I purchase this box jump?My car and return the box to buy a battery.I was told yes , as Long as it's not damaged.. the jump box was partially dead, so I charged it overnight. And it would not start my car... the jump box is a Noco Boost Plus 12v 1000A box. Mind you I asked forthe 800A box and was recommended to get the 1000A to guarantee success... SO, i take the box back now with the intention of just returning it and buying a new battery.Seeing as this jump box has to be defective... The lady salesmanag with short hair open the box, look in it.Cuts it on sees all the parts of there not damaged.\nThen she looks at me and says she can't return it because it's not defective... i told her I drive a subaru forster , a four cylinder 2.5L motor this jump box guarantees me that it could start gas engines up to 6.0L and Diesel up to 3.0L. She said , well , you said you're battery may be dead , I showed her the box where is it says in START dead batteries? She still refused to return it for me... i have had multiple commercial accounts with auto parts stores. Because I am a mechanic of over 10 years. And I can tell you that that was poor customer service and horrible salesmanship.The battery I was quoted for was over a $150.The jump box was only $109 why wouldn't you accept a return from a potential business customer To complete the upsell if nothing else smh they need a little bit more teamwork and communication in that store

  If I could give a negative review I would. They are rude and yell at customers, even elders. I HIGHLY recommend not going there and avoid if you can

  I’m so disappointed I went to buy antifreeze, the price on the showcase was different and when you go to check out it’s a different price more expensive, then I found out it’s for almost every single item in the store, and the employees don’t even care,

  Needed a battery today 1/12/26. Went on my lunch break. The female cashier was the sweetest person and really helped lighten my stressful day. Mr. Battery Man-Luis C. Installed my battery even interrupting his own lunch break. I truly appreciated it! Best experience compared to my local AutoZone. Will definitely come to this location instead!
