  Jimmy & team were such great help! They noticed us struggling to get info off our car and was quick to help. The customer service was amazing and will surely continue coming to this location for all my vehicle needs. Very happy with the service!

  horrible customer service, can just stand there for 10 mins at the counter and employees avoid you. some dont know how to use company systems, others just lazy. if you can just go to advanced auto in sheepshead and save yourself the head ache

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at this AutoZone location. The employee who handled my transaction showed a complete lack of professionalism and had zero understanding of what customer service means in a retail business. From the moment I approached the counter, the attitude was negative, dismissive, and openly frustrated for no reason. While I was paying, the staff member looked irritated and uncomfortable, which made the entire interaction awkward and unpleasant. As a paying customer, I should not have to deal with someone who clearly does not want to be there or assist anyone. If this is the level of service being provided, then management seriously needs to step in and address it. This was beyond poor it was embarrassing for a business that is supposed to serve customers.

  Updated: Sharaz Ghuman stepped in and quickly resolved the issue that Sam failed to handle correctly from the start. Huge thanks to Sharaz and Jimmy for doing what Sam didn’t — following up, taking responsibility, and actually caring about the customer. This is what real customer support and competent management look like, especially when dealing with a returning customer. Sam’s behavior showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic knowledge. He should seriously learn from Sharaz and Jimmy — or reconsider whether customer-facing work is for him at all.

  Thank you so much! This is by far the best autozone. I visit often to get tools and items for my car but the knowledge and polite staff is what keeps me going back. They really go out of their way to help!!! Special thank you to Akim & Sam for helping with my battery on my last visit! I also purchased an alternator and tensioner most recently as well as other tools. Williams is also phenomenal in providing superior customer service and parts support as well as providing helpful and automotive knowledge. You all are always so helpful and professional.
