- AJA JunOct 20, 20251.0Disgusting Manager. The lady "Manager" yells at her employees right in front of their customers. So the employee step outside to helping me with my battery check, one year old battery bought from Autozone which was not charging properly. By the time we get back, the manager starts yelling at her, DO NO GO OUTSIDE IF I M NOT AT THE COUNTER. First of all, the manager told the employee to go outside to check, and the managers walks away from her post. That is not the employee's fault. Second, the machine clearly says battery not charging properly. Manager did not even read the machine and tells me its my car problem and i would need to buy a new battery. The employee then points out the result from the machine. And yes they did replace my battery. They didn't offer me tools to switch it. So i went back to my house and take it off myself. bring the battery back and the manger was like check the battery again make sure is the original one. I mean you don't need to say it out loud in front of me, makes me feel like I am trying to scam Autozone or something. Overall the manager gets an F for her role as a manager. Employees was nice.

I just asked for a can of paint and needed because they placed inside a cage with locks. They are a bunch of lazy people. Only Mary was so kind and hard working. Don’t visit this place.
