Told me I could not try on a car cover, when his employee said I could if I purchased and kept receipt upon return. As I looked through the boxes of car covers, there were at least 2 boxes that looked as if they had been returned with new tape and tears. The manager was dismissive and on a personal phone call while servicing me.

I don't know anything about car and the staff there including the manager were all patiently testing my car battery and the system for me free of charge. Turned out it was my alternator. They gave me a referral for a mechanic. They didn't charge me anything for diagnosing the problem. They spend a good amount of time on me and wouldn't even accept any tip. The best and most friendly store!!
- MMMikeJan 11, 20265.0I went to the AutoZone in bayridge today and got extremely excellent Customer Service there were some pricing mismatches and the manager, TJ and the excellent amazing parts manager, Jasmine Took the time and effort to make sure that I got the proper pricing overall it was a very good experience compared to many of the other locations. I really saved a bunch and had a great experience thank you very much.
