If there was a lower star it would be with his name on it! Took my battery for warranty exchange due to defect, he passed it through one uncertified reading and denied me and my machanic's report of bad battery, walked away leaned on desk and left me shocked by his arrogance. Took battery to another Autozone, they ran a complete test found the battery was in fact 'Bad', replaced it with a new one and a new warranty was applied! This guy is so hoodie, it's why other street mechanics work on his property, they have better social skills!
