  The cashier dude was very disrespectful, he was chatting with the security guy on the corner and i couldn't even tell if he was a cashier, so i was waiting in the line and after some time he saw and gave me a very rude look and talked to me in a very disrespectful manner, that's very disappointing, didn't feel welcomed there.

  Robert was disrespectful, and making up his own rule . Trying to return something few minutes after buying it. Saying that I have to come back in order to return my items. Did not wanna give me his information in order to do a return.

  Disrespectful older carribbean female Mgr. Short version of incident: I saw a customer with windshield wiper cleaner & suggested to him the Rainx brand its on sell buy 2 & it comes to like $12-$13 Mgr. Or older woman says that its not on sale! I i said I just bought it yesterday in east New York. Do you not have the same sale here? Gentleman buys the item. And it is still on sale. So I tell the manager or older, Caribbean woman that you should apologize. You see, I just helped you with sales. She got upset and told me I don't owe you nothing. Finally, someone comes to help me even though you guys did not have the item in stock. I went to another location but the lady talks so disrespectful and should not deal with customers.. How can I be wrong about anything? And I'm helping autozone with sales, and I'm not even an employee. She should have said thank you. Came in to purchase a Valve gasket cover

  On 12/27/2025 The night manager told me I couldn’t return something that I bought AutoZone with a receipt for $25. He told me I had to take it back to the other AutoZone on Utica. After we had words he pulled the knife on me and Security stepped in between us. I made numerous calls to the corporate office and never had an answer back left messages for the store manager and never answer back I asked for the video still haven’t received anything yet.

  It was raining and we needed a windshield wiper replacement. They opened the doors for my father, were very helpful with letting him know what he needed, and even came outside to replace the wiper when we were having trouble doing it ourselves.
