    Unfortunately the lowest experiencie I've had at a premium dealership, poor phone attention, lack of follow up, lack of comunicación on the sales team. If you want to find out all the "No's" to buy a car this is the place.

    I found this car on line at Audi Brooklyn they were very helpful in answering all my questions and supplying additional pictures,. This helped us decide to make the 2 hour drive. Their customer service team was very friendly and helpful. Our experience with Mark Nepom could not have been better. He was very polite and helpful making our customer experience excellent. Would recommend this dealer ship to anyone.
