Customers are being towed from your own parking lot while actively shopping inside the store. That is unacceptable. While I was inside purchasing a license plate cover, a tow truck lifted my vehicle. I had a receipt proving I was a paying customer. The driver then dropped my car and immediately towed another customer’s vehicle. They continued circling the lot attempting to tow additional cars while customers were still inside the store making purchases. This reflects extremely poor management and a serious failure in customer protection. Your parking lot should not feel like a trap. Customers should not have to worry about losing their vehicles while spending money in your business. If this is how management allows the towing situation to operate, it needs to be corrected immediately. This experience was unprofessional, aggressive, and damaging to customer trust. Management needs to get control of this situation. Very disappointing.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
