I had previously went to the Auto zone 8214 Foster ave. I was told by the young man who spent most of his time Facetiming at the register, we don't go out in the rain, so I had very little expectations at Advance Auto. To my surprise I met the most helpful and considerate men. One in particularly went out in the cold rain on a busy street, checked the codes and gave great advice. This is a rarity nowadays. I didn't get the names of the individuals involved. I feel it's always great to write good reviews as well as honest reviews. Kindness will always be met with kindness. Special thanks to 2110 Ralph Avenue Advance Auto. They were kind for free.
- RPRussell PierreNov 3, 20245.0The New Store on the block Advance Auto parts.They only opened a week ago,so not many people know about them .This use to be the old Chase Bank opposite IHOP on Ralf Ave.Its now the New Advanced Auto parts store with their own parking lot behind.This store is very clean and well stocked.I needed new parts for my car right away on Saturday,I searched online every where in Brooklyn NY,they were the only store that had the part in stock,and if you ordered online and pick up at the store ,there was a 15% discount as well.So I bought it and the part was ready for pick up in less the 30mins.When I went to pick the parts up ,there was a little problem.While I paid for 2 left and right side front outer tie rods for bmw,I only received one .I found out that only one was for pick up at the store and the other was being shipped to my address.This was an app issue,this app is not very user friendly.But this issue was quickly solve by the manager Narine ,he was able to sell me the left side of the tie rod and he matched the price that I paid for it online.Staff here is very friendly,and I encourage all mechanics and do it yourself home mechanics to check out this newly opened store,give them your support and you won't be disappointed.Thanks again Narine and your staff for your help.👍👍
