  Made a purchase with a $5 bonus, came back 2 days later, no bonus bucks. Instead of giving me a gift card and fixing the situation, they gave me some corporate number so I can fight for my $5. While online it's already way cheaper. Crap service, everything is overpriced.

  Vanessa behind the counter was nothing short of fantastic…. She’s very competent, courteous, considerate, caring…Can’t say enough nice things about her !!!

  The manager was condescending at this location. Told me I could not try on a car cover, when his employee said I could if I purchased and kept receipt upon return. As I looked through the boxes of car covers, there were at least 2 boxes that looked as if they had been returned with new tape and tears. The manager was dismissive and on a personal phone call while servicing me.

  TJ was excellent help for me, I came in with a faulty battery I bought from them. He came outside in the freezing cold to change my battery for me, amazing customer service at this auto zone. I thank TJ so much for his help, I can’t thank him enough!

  Was there inquiring about my car battery. I don't know anything about car and the staff there including the manager were all patiently testing my car battery and the system for me free of charge. Turned out it was my alternator. They gave me a referral for a mechanic. They didn't charge me anything for diagnosing the problem. They spend a good amount of time on me and wouldn't even accept any tip. The best and most friendly store!!
