  Alexis was super sweet and extremely helpful. I needed some parts for my Nissan rogue, all in which were in stock. She was able to hold the items for me until I was able to pick them up, and even assisted me with getting them into the car .

  Management or the store owner needs to see that the staff is closing the store before closing time. I called at 9:35pm and confirmed that they were closing at 10, I get there at 9:45 and the gate is down. This is the 2nd time that they did that. Ya’ll are real jerks for that

  I came to return on alternator that was brand new. Not needed mechanics said it was the wrong part to be fixed. when I came to return it to this Pennsylvania ave Autozone, the supervisor manager and another employee said NO that I would have to return to Utica because its the hub store. When I'm being told that it is allowed to return it to any autozone, as long as I have my receipt. I was turned away twice by two different employees of the store call the district manager,No one call answered, call the regional manager. No one answered. The only reason why I went to Utica store to get the part was because that was the only place that had the part. Now I'm trying to return this brand new alternator to the Autozone location near me and it's not being accepted because it's supposed to be return, like I said before to the Utica one, because it's their hub store so they said. Which I find extremely unnecessary and inconvenient. They just don't wanna accept a return because it looks bad in their numbers for the store.

  Hi. I went into this store and was greeted by Nick. What a nice human. He picked out a color that was a perfect match to paint over scratches on my bike. He taught me how to use compound too. Lol 5 stars to Nick.

  Love this Auto Zone, close to my house and they are very helpful when I go there.
