I had an excellent experience working with Mark Nepom at the dealership. He provided amazing service from start to finish and truly made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Mark was very informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure, and he was incredibly easy to speak with.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Mark definitely goes above and beyond. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire experience.

We were looking to upgrade our car and move onto something better and shopped around at a few dealers. We ended up at Audi Brooklyn and were greeted by Sam who answered every question we had, made great suggestions, walked us through every step of the process and we walked out with a brand new A5 the same day. Taking that next step to a new vehicle usually can feel like a nerve wracking experience but Sam and the whole Audi team made it an enjoyable experience.

Once coming to terms with the fact that it was time to sell my 1987 Porsche 911 Targa I’d daily driven for over ten years (no rear seat shoulder belts for my young son being a huge catalyst for such a difficult decision, as I LOVED that car), I didn’t even think twice when it came to what brand I’d be choosing. My closest friend since we first met at age 8 who lives in D.C. had purchased a Q7 for him and his wife to share after leaving NYC to settle in Georgetown back in 2005 once their city lives being car free were over. They loved their Audi SUV so much, he bought himself an A5 a few years later, and they’ve been loyally trading in/buying nothing but Audi’s ever since. So I knew (after driving theirs a few times over the years) when it was time to replace my air cooled 911, I would only consider an Audi, nothing else excited me. After perusing Audi’s website, it became immediately clear that an S3 was the perfect choice! Fast as can be (after driving and loving a 911, high performance was key), luxurious without being gauche/showy, the perfect sleeper. So on a day off from work, I took the subway to Audi Brooklyn, strolled in and was greeted by Mark Nepom. “Do you have an appointment?” he asked…I was at first taken aback, and told him I was interested in the S3, and did I need to make an appointment first then come back?Of course not he replied. Thus came to pass the start of truly fine buying experience with the world’s greatest Audi rep! First there was me being bratty about all available S3’s having options I didn’t necessarily want. THEN, the color. Oh god, my indecisiveness on this was beyond irritating even to myself! It was so bad that after shaking Mark’s hand once I’d picked Daytona Grey, and Mark saying, “ok, you’re sure now, right?” more than once, I REALLY put him through the paces! Waking up at 2:00ish a.m. remembering my son once telling me how much he hated silver and grey cars, but loved white and blue! I emailed Mark immediately, begging him to change what was being delivered from grey to white.
Then white knuckled my way through the rest of a sleepless night. He got back to me right away the next day…no problem James, are you really sure this time? 😆
He then (after spending at least an hour showing me how all the tech works when I went in to pay for the car) made a wonderful presentation for my son when we came in to take delivery from the detailing bay the following weekend…truly above and beyond, throughout every step of the process.
I can honestly say that I will never purchase another car that isn’t an Audi 3 series (next up in a couple of years? Ascari Blue RS3…but maybe another S3, as the RS might be a little too much, and I am BLOWN AWAY by my S3’s performance!), please put me on the top of the list for an allocation the second Audi starts putting ventilated seats in their 3’s 🤣), and I further pledge to never buy another Audi from anyone other than Mark Nepom.
He truly is the best of the VERY best in his field.
