  Today I went to the Boston location and was greeted by Josh. Josh and his team have amazing customer service. They were patient and able to explain everything that was wrong with my car. Gave me some advice but wasn’t pushy at all. I will definitely return to service my car again. I greatly appreciate the Boston team 😀

  First Come First Serve is not a thing at this location!!! Understand that if u want to get 4 tires replaced even with an appointment and deposit they WILL drag their feet and do everyone else first. I was told on the phone this Mavis would have my tires by 3 the same day. The tires ended up arriving by 1 the next day. Even then the establishment still had not done any work on my vehicle. I had to wait 2 hrs past close for my vehicle to be done because the manager said they do the quick jobs first. Just to now call them and find out it is first come first serve. Spent over 1k. What a joke.

  This is my 2nd experience coming to this Mavis. The customer service each time was excellent and the communication was excellent. The manager on-site Josh is exceptional and was very informative. He was on time for my appointment schedule. I will only come when he is there. I recommend coming here for all car service appointments.

  My experience was wonderful at this Mavis location. The staff was professional and super helpful. They didn't try to upset or pressure me into adding mores services, they just fixed what I needed fixed. Edith was so sweet!! She kept me updated on what was going on with my car and made sure I was in the loop every step of the way. I definitely recommend this place!

  I’m giving this Mavis a one-star review because my experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. I originally came in for a wheel alignment because my steering wheel was shaking while driving. The staff told me that an alignment would not fix the issue and offered to diagnose the car instead. I agreed and let them take a look. This was about 12:30pm After their inspection, they came back with a quote of $2,600 for brakes, struts, four tires, and an alignment. I made it clear I was not interested in doing all of that there and asked them to just replace the four tires and complete the alignment. Now it’s about 1:00 PM and was told the job would take about an hour. After waiting about an hour I went to ask for an update. The front desk told me they were “just about to” come speak with me, only to then inform me that the tires that was suggested weren’t available and offered a different set. I agreed, expecting things to move forward. Another hour passed with no update. I asked again and was told my car was being worked on. After yet another hour of waiting, I told them to just give me my car back so I could leave the young lady in the front said they took the the tires off your car already and then she put her head down. So for roughly three hours, the only thing that had been done was removing the tires. I didn’t see anyone actively working on my car during that time. 10 minutes later I watched the young lady bring the black folder to the back and put it next to my car. In total, I was there for almost 5 hours just to get tires replaced and an alignment — after being told it would take one hour. Spending over $700 for this kind of service is unacceptable. The lack of communication, unnecessary upselling, and excessive delays made this a frustrating and complete waste of time. My is better but it’s still steering to the left so it seems like the alignment wasn’t even done well. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
