I read there reviews with 1 stars same issues talks about simular tactics. Please becareful going for an oil change and inspection and then spending a bunch of money. Do good business your reputation is everything.

The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle was in great condition before returning it to me. In addition to the oil change, they checked other basic aspects of the car, which gave me extra confidence. The prices were fair, and they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and efficient car service.

And of course i left with my car worse than it went into the shop. My tires were not balanced properly and my car was not aligned at all and if it was the technician made it worse. I called and i got transferred to customer solutions in which they said i cannot be “accommodated” at the same Mavis shop because theyre “too busy”. I told them i can go to another mavis in which i did just to get told that their alignment person is not in on Sundays and Mondays.. why could i have not been told that ON SATURDAY and been told to go somewhere else?? I do not know. I asked for one of the workers to let them know my situation so they know what’s going on before i get there and of course they did not know i needed a balancing of my tires. The communication along with the work is absolutely terrible and this experience was very upsetting for me.
