  I won’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch so just avoid Ryan! He is so rude! I was clearly already not in the best of moods, as I was over 30min late for work, and they couldn’t find the key to the car I chose. Plus I’d have to pay $15+/day for a car I didn’t want. While taking a deep breath, he storms off saying “Imma let you cool down while you think about it.” Super unprofessional, as I didn’t take my frustration out on him like other customers were on the other employees. I still didn’t react and simply asked for someone else to help. Kenny was awesome and super apologetic for his colleague’s behavior. He got me in and out as soon as he possibly could, given that I wasn’t his reservation. Thank you Kenny for making it happen. I made it to work safely and only 35 min late. You are most definitely appreciated!

  This location is usually busy on Saturday, but Abir made my pick up experience really great! He assisted with picking the right car for me and was patient with my questions. Kenya helped me with my drop off and made the process quick and easy.

  I needed a family car for a long weekend and I was shopping around for car on Monday night of that week. I browsed every car rental platform and only enterprise stood out. They had the lowest rate of all and not pushing for all the add ons at all. Making a reservation was very easy and requires no upfront payment. My experience with the pick up was so much smooth, thanks to the gentleman named Mr. Abir. He is doing internship there and was on point with all the instructions and QA session with me. I would go back to enterprise for my next car rental because now I know they are the best, and they have the most helpful and respecrful staff members. Peace ✌️

  Customer service and ease of transaction was absolutely amazing. The people at the counter and the coverage managers are amazing. Special thanks to Abir for helping with all questions and concerns with my rental at this location. Will definitely be using this location again!
