- GGGeoMar 8, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I arrived with a confirmed reservation and was assisted by the branch manager, Jeddy-Ramos Flores. When I initially gave the wrong confirmation number by mistake, he quickly said it was voided and moved on to another customer instead of helping. After waiting about 10 minutes, I provided the correct confirmation number. He told me that reservation was also voided and said he did not know why. He then informed me there were no cars available in my reserved class and offered no assistance or alternatives. I travel often and rent with Enterprise frequently. Because of the lack of help, I had to cancel my trip. Very poor customer service. I will not return to this location.
