They made me the appointment for the next day Monday at 11am . When I came like at 10:40 am they tell me the guy that does the inspection had an emergency and if I could come back in one hour . At this point I already came twice from yonkers so i waited almost an hour and left . This is so ridiculous horrible customer service and I can’t believe i made an appointment and the guy left . So unprofessional i will never come here again .

I really appreciated the extra effort in explaining what was being done, why it was necessary, and the benefits of each service. I also liked that Terrell addressed me by name when asking me to do things inside the car (turn the lights on, step on the gas, adjust the heat, etc.). With multiple vehicles being serviced at once, that made the experience feel organized and kept things from feeling overwhelming. The only downside is that pricing feels high — I would have replaced my battery here, but it was far too overpriced. That said, I’ll definitely be returning for other routine maintenance. Thanks for the great service!
