  I have to give 5 stars! I always use this place to change my tires because it’s close to my office and they’re very professional. Today, I was really upset after hitting a pothole and needing a new tire. I walked in and Edith was at the front desk—she was so nice, polite, and professional. They didn’t have the tire in stock, but she ordered it and had it installed in just a few hours. She really made my day! The guy who did the work was also very professional, as always. I highly recommend this place!

  Really good service overall. I went in for a tire replacement and they were able to get me in the same day. The waiting time was a little longer than expected because it looked busy, but the staff was professional, especially Hailey who assisted me with the information I needed and the prices were fair. My car feels great now and they made sure everything was safe before I left. I’d recommend them if you need some work done.

  BEWARE !!!!!!!! came here one time and they stole from me , they messed up my car BAD !!!! my husband is a mechanic and was out of town so i had to go to them for new tires and for them to change them , once he came back and scanned the car all kinds of things that weren't wrong before are now messed up. they do it so you could go back . i was planning to go back the next day so i can get things fixed but realized they stole the tire caps i just put on the car so i never went back . pls beware when going here they will make it seem like they are helping but they just want your money and to have you come back. NEVER AGAIN!

  This place is like home I have the experience of working both sides of the counter from employee to customer and my experience has all ways been great at this location Josh the Manager always runs a tight ship his assistant Hailey is always on point they got the nail outta my tire in a short amount of time S/O to these guys if they weren’t here i don’t know what I would do

  On 2/26, I brought my vehicle in for a NYS inspection. The car passed, and I was told that everything was perfect. However, shortly after leaving and getting close to home, my car began making noises that were not present before the inspection. Due to my schedule, I was unable to return immediately. On 2/28 my fiancé brought the vehicle back to have it checked. At that time, we were told the noise was coming from the brakes, control arm, and struts. I am extremely concerned because I recently had the brakes, control arm, and struts replaced, and I have documentation to prove the work was completed. I have spent thousands of dollars with Mavis and trusted that my vehicle was being properly serviced and inspected. At this point, I have lost confidence and need this situation properly reviewed and resolved. I would appreciate a thorough re-inspection and a clear explanation of what occurred.
