John, the service tech, told me that the screw had not pierced the tire, which was great news. However, he said that two tires had slow leaks due to the valves and that they would repair them. Upon removing the tire, they noticed my shock/strut was broken, and the other one looked as if it wouldn't last much longer. This explained the noise I was hearing. So, John quoted me a price, and while I didn't have the time that day, I was informed that waiting would create more damage, so I decided I'd better get it done since we were approaching winter. John and Josh, the service techs, even offered to send me home in a car service, which was great, but I told them it was alright and I would take the bus. John and Josh were so helpful in explaining everything to me. This was my second visit to this Mavis location, and I'm sure it won't be my last.
