The team was extremely helpful and the service was super quick. I dropped the car off, and they called me within just a few hours to let me know everything was ready. When I picked it up, everything was taken care of perfectly. They truly give some of the best service around. I left very happy and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

I went to a mechanic and even a separate wheel alignment shop, both had advanced Autel tools and reprogrammed the TPMS, but the blinking light kept coming back after a couple of weeks every single time. It was really frustrating. I finally decided to try Mavis Discount Tire at 237th & Broadway, and I’m so glad I did. Juan greeted me at the front and immediately took the time to properly check the TPMS sensors. Within minutes, he correctly diagnosed one faulty sensor, this is something no one else had been able to pinpoint. He told me it might take about an hour, but my car was fully fixed in just 25 minutes. The efficiency was impressive, but what stood out even more was Juan’s professionalism. He was extremely polite, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. It was honestly a joy interacting with him. Juan is a true asset to Mavis Discount Tire. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with tire or sensor issues.

From the moment I called even on a Sunday when I had blown out my tire and was panicking they were calm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. They walked me through everything and handled the entire process quickly and effortlessly. Chris and Pooran were especially great, friendly, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I’ve had the bad luck of being there twice in one month due to blown tires, but each time they’ve made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. Really appreciate the professionalism and kindness from the entire team. Highly recommend!
