  I had a great experience with Italy A&F Auto Repair. The quality of work is excellent and the attention to detail really shows. My car looks almost like new again. A special shoutout to Frankie. He was incredibly polite, friendly and professional throughout the process. He gave me a full tour of the facility before I made my decision, never pushed me to work with them and patiently answered all my questions. Even after delivery, he followed up to make sure everything was okay, which I really appreciated. If there is one small thing, a bit more proactive communication on timelines and progress would make the experience even smoother. I understand delays can happen due to delivery of parts and other factors. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

  Believe me when I say you won’t be disappointed with the services you receive. From beginning to end the customer service was top tier. They restored my car to look like brand new and returned her clean and detailed. I really appreciated the professionalism and dedication to customer service, it sets you guys above all the rest. Specially to Anthony D. The best in the Bronx!!

  Fantastic place to bring your car! I walked in to Italy A&F Auto Repair after the underside trimming came loose and was dragging on the ground after a snow storm. They were able to look at it right away and fix it very quickly - and they didn't charge me a dime. Everyone was friendly and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be coming back as a loyal customer!
