  To whom ever needs to hear this, I would be Careful when renting cars from the Third Ave. Bronx,NY Branch. First off, they have horrible customer service, secondly they dont have e any Road side Assistance to come to you Fast if your somewhere Stranded, Not Safe, or in the Freezing cold!! I will Never Ever rent from them again, and I'm on an Insurance Claim at that, my Insurance company probably would be faster than they are. I am totally appalled about the way that this Million Dollar company is handling the Road Side Assistance, it has been a Disaster since I recieved this type of Car from Enterprise that I shouldn't of even had🙄, I have a 2023 Kia Sportage, which is Not Equivalent to a Subaru Outback🙄, like are you kidding me. They don't Honor the Responsibility of putting you in the same thing that your Insurance Claim is for, that defeats the Purpose of an Reservation. Then they will allow you to come all the way to the Bronx Knowing that they dont have the Vehicle that you reserved, instead of giving an Courtesy call to the Customer and letting them decide what Option they would like to take. The Bronx Cars 🚗 are so Raggedy from the roads down there, and the People that they are renting them out too. Just a heads up for whomever needs to rent a car, the worst Experience 🙄😞😔👌🏽
