Not only did they not want to abide by a disability policy that strictly stated on their website but they gave me a vehicle that didn't even have a digital speedometer and had a flat tire. When I brought up these concerns after returning the vehicle, the employee tried to gaslight me and then brush off my concerns by telling me that I would get a call back. The employee or a manager has never called me. Absolutely terrible experience.

- JKJune KoleNov 29, 20251.0I never put bad reviews ever I normally like to give people the benefit of the doubt, this place though unbelievably unprofessional a lot of catches they don't tell you, estimate prices are usually in the range of a few dollars not more then 150 first desk guy didn't give a crap was polite have to say but the guy on the phone wasn't fluent in English at all I gave him my email 8 times to receive my confirmation and never gotten it 6 letter word 2 number email I would never give this place another shot unfortunately.
