Crystal, manager, and Marvin at the West 231st Street Kingsbridge/Riverdale Bronx New York location provided kidglove service and updated my car class to the Kona instead of the Venue when I explained my situation of needing to accommodate someone that was large and wouldn't fit in the Venue with other passengers and baggage. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Not only did they not want to abide by a disability policy that strictly stated on their website but they gave me a vehicle that didn't even have a digital speedometer and had a flat tire. When I brought up these concerns after returning the vehicle, the employee tried to gaslight me and then brush off my concerns by telling me that I would get a call back. The employee or a manager has never called me. Absolutely terrible experience.
