When my father asked a question, an employee named Kayla M. spoke to him in a very rude and dismissive way. He didn’t realize at first that she was busy handling something on the other side, but instead of addressing him respectfully, her tone was completely unprofessional. The situation escalated to the point where we felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. What made it worse was that instead of correcting his employee, the manager told my father to calm down while holding her back, as if excusing her behavior. This made us feel even more disrespected. Customer service should be about respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. This experience was upsetting enough that we won’t be returning to this location.
