I always end up having to another location that's 15 minutes away from me just to get one thing. Staff is not friendly and miserable. The other day I waited 30 minutes just for someone to tell me they did not have what I was looking for. My mother went today and was told she would be credited money for a car belt but when she came back they said that they couldn't credit her. Very poorly run.

By far the worst AutoZone I've ever been into in the Bronx. Always out of stock, staff carries out their duties grudgingly, and can never service you like a standard business. It is off my list of places to consider as AutoZone.
