    Brought a battery and was told go to the mechanic outside and they’ll put in a battery. I was told they do not put in batteries however the site states otherwise

    El peor servicio Que he recibido en un Autozone , por una pregunta Que hice hasta golpe me querían dar , increíble , nunca he tenido problema en mi vida en ningún tipo de negocio y casi resulto agredido por una persona del personal y para el colon hablo con quien se supone esta a cargo y ve la actitud del empleado que hasta me desafia a pelear y lo único que dice es que el empleado es un niño. Jajajajajjajaaj. Que servicio mas malo. Santo Dios.

    Took my battery to be checked. Was told it would not be worth charging its no good AAA came boosted in 2 seconds car started Battery good. Beware they just want to sell you a new or recycled battery. I would leave no stars if I could.

    The associates are not professional at all. 3312 Boston Rs. To be Exact. An item. I purchased was canceled. I went to the store and was told the item was not in stock. They did not send me a cancellation notice so I took an unnecessary trip which is a bit out of my way. Then I called the store back to ask for proof of cancellation and the associate told me I had to call customer service to obtain proof. She replied it’s an 800 on your receipt. She held on while I toggled around the website. I found contact us but it was email in which I told her what I saw and she proceeded to ask if I was ready for the 1-800 number. Explain why she could not have given this to me when I first asked do have the CS number.
