They did not send me a cancellation notice so I took an unnecessary trip which is a bit out of my way. Then I called the store back to ask for proof of cancellation and the associate told me I had to call customer service to obtain proof. She replied it’s an 800 on your receipt. She held on while I toggled around the website. I found contact us but it was email in which I told her what I saw and she proceeded to ask if I was ready for the 1-800 number. Explain why she could not have given this to me when I first asked do have the CS number.
