  Thursday morning I had went in the store around 7:30am because my car window wiper cleaner broke while I was in the high way and it was raining hard. This was the closest Autozone to where I was at. I went in bought a winder wiper to replace the broken one, there were 3 workers that morning and I asked if someone can help me because I didn’t know how to do it and the man at the register said nobody could help me. The store was empty, two of them were walking around and the one at the register was chilling on his phone. I had to ask him again desperately and the man at the register sucked his teeth and came out to help me. It literally took him not even a min to help me. I was going to tip him but when I said thank you he just walked away. AWAFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  I am very disappointed from the store. I was trying to find something and in the same time I was trying to return something that I’ve never used and was a lady there. She was so rude and she didn’t give me her name so I’m never gonna buy to this location again and I asked her for the manager, and she said that she’s the manager she was completely lying to me… so I had to go to different store when people know how to appreciate their jobs

  Calling corporate in the morning but none the less I bought a battery for my one of my cars about two years ago , due to the cold weather here in ny you know how batteries go my friend brings it to the store for me to change it the guy gone say that wasn’t the battery I originally purchased… unless ya gave me the wrong battery initially I don’t understand how that could be I don’t work on cars and no one ever touched my car so I’m very confused on how this is even possible . The attitude of the guy was horrible as well if you don’t like your job get a new one 😕

  Really bad customer service, they employees are there with bad attitude and they don’t care about the customers!!
