  General Mgr was excellent. She manned her store well. I believed her named is Ezzy. I heard her worker calling her for help. She is on top of her game. I needed a part, I was not sure what was called. She asked me to described it, she didn't get it. She asked me if she can use her self phone, I agree. She got on it. And there she goes. She resolved my problem got me the right part and offered what I might need for the job. I usually don't waste time on reviews but this one is worth it. I was in a rushed that I didn't catch specifics on this gal but am sure who shops there knows who am talking about.

  I will absolutely not be returning to this location. Every single time I come here, there is an excuse or some kind of problem. They can’t find pickup orders, they can’t provide battery installation, and they always have a reason why they “can’t help.” The staff also can’t answer basic vehicle questions, things they should know if they’re selling car parts and services. I bought a battery here specifically because installation was offered, yet they refuse to install it every time or come up with another excuse. What makes this even worse is that they clearly have the experience and could have replaced the battery in about 10 minutes, but instead they let me stand outside in the freezing cold trying to figure it out myself. If I’m forced to do the work myself anyway, there is no reason to shop here. I could have easily ordered a battery online and avoided this frustration altogether. I ended up installing the battery myself in freezing weather, in the dark, walking on ice in their parking lot. That is completely unacceptable. They’re lucky I didn’t slip and get seriously hurt. This experience shows a complete lack of care for customers.

  The staff is very helpful—great customer service. I purchased a new battery for my car, and they installed it and disposed of the old one at no extra cost. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

  I needed a light bulb. I was given the wrong one at another auto part store. However, Advance Auto Parts personnel were more knowledgeable and were able to assist in getting the right 💡
