  Great service today. Our battery went dead. We knew that Auto Zone will take the old one and install the new one. Seamless transaction. They were terrific. From the counter person to John who quickly put the new battery in after we purchased it .. 5 Star treatment. Great Job

  Came there Tuesday night because I had a check engine light. There were only 2 employees the male employee with the Grey shirt on i found to be very lazy and dismissive. There were no long lines.& only 2 customers. When it was time for me to be serviced he closed his register and walked away to count change at another register. I asked if there's anyone to check a check engine light his response was No. He can't leave the store with only 2 employees and said if you know how, you can do it yourself. I have never experienced so much arrogance from a employee in Auto Zone. Then when a next female customer come in Latin descent like himself he was all flirty and attentive. And when I returned to bring back the device from checking my engine light he still acted like he was busy and the other young lady that was working there that night she kindly assisted me. He should be disciplined on how to treat and greet customers. Rude & Arrogant and Bias.

  Went in yesterday to buy “Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant” and there is a sign that says two for eight dollars. I go to the register and the cashier scans both bottles and it’s full price. I told him it says two for eight dollars and his response was, “that promotion is over”. So why is the sign still up there? Terrible customer service.
