- JBJordan BrongoNov 16, 20251.0I made an appointment for a simple tire rotation at 10 AM. I arrived. There is no customer vehicles in the parking lot and one vehicle in the shop on a lift. I made the appointment Saturday afternoon letting them know that I would be staying with the vehicle and they said that would be no problem as I walk in 10 AM Sunday they told me that it was gonna be six hours for a tire rotation. I think it’s just lazy management and mechanics would not recommend very unprofessional and they don’t have a care in the world.
- RLramon longNov 10, 20251.0It was a bad experience.. we had an appointment at 11:30am and the inspector was 20 minutes late then he inspected a car that was on the floor before doing my daughters car ..she had to leave so she could pick up her daughter in Rochester. Then she made another appointment at another Mr.Tire location for today 11/10/2025 only to show up and was told that the inspector was fired and to come back tomorrow. This is not very good business practice.

Got an hour and a half wasted because apparently the mechanic didn't know how to start a 5 speed but well assured me it was just my car not starting. Well, that turned out to be a lie. Didn't bother calling when they initially tried starting the car and failed rather just sweep it under the rug and decided to move on servicing walk-ins. Got a complaint? Good luck getting an e-mail response or a phone call back. 0/5 stars. This was the most surreal experience i had ever encountered and I had been going to the same location almost 10 years. But everytime it's new faces and management and its always worse than who they had before. I wasn't so upset that mistakes were made, what really cooked my can is they didn't want to even make it right. Car sat running for 15 minutes in the parking lot and no one went out immediately to get it after all this time gone by. Instead everyone cowered to the back of the shop out of sight. What kind of place does this?
- CCChristopherOct 8, 20252.0I purchased my truck tires at Mr. Tire and was told that I would get free rotations for the life of the tires. When I went back to get them rotated I was told there was a $25 fee because my truck was "oversized". Its a regular pickup truck. There us nothing oversized about it. To add insut to injury i checked my lug nuts when I got home and 8 of them were not Torqued properly. I wont be comming back and I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
