  I needed a NYS car inspection without waiting a week for an appointment. I was able to book an appointment the same day from their website, which was a welcome surprise. The building was in a convenient location and easy to get to, even if you need to take a left turn off the main road (thanks, green arrow!) I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time, and my car was taken back within minutes of that. Nick, the store manager, was absolutely lovely during this time. Communication about the part and the cost of the battery and service were on point, and the friendly chatter topped off my good experience. I did need a new car battery, which I'd been told about the last time I'd had work done on my car elsewhere. Since the battery needed wasn't in house, the part needed to be ordered, which increased my wait time significantly. I believe that if I didn't need a battery, I would have been in and out within about a half hour of my appointment time. In total, it took about an hour, the vast majority of which was spent waiting for the part. The waiting room was quite small; there's seating for 5, but only 4 people could comfortably sit. Two of the chairs had overlapping leg space, so the space could fit 5 if one person didn't have legs, I guess. Overall, I had a great experience here. I probably overpaid for a car battery, but that's the price you pay when you go to a commercial business to get work done. It's not like the employees have any control over how much parts cost anyway. Everybody was kind, honest, and straightforward, which I highly value in an environment where everything happens on the other side of a window. I definitely recommend giving Mr. Tire a shot if you're around the Brockport area and looking to get work done on your car.

  Not happy Labor rates are overpriced, the wheels I bought aren't that great, they didn't pressurize them fully so I may have done some damage to them already. Check engine light came on after my oil change and the wheel bearing issue I mentioned they chalked up to just bad wheels. Driving right off the lot showed me that that was a lie. I'm not even sure why it went from $600 to $900 Oh also my traction control can't be turned off now. So now I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. Sorry but it's really has been hit and miss with this place and this one burned the most. I was here in the past for a $1,200 fix in the past that didn't go over well. Also, in the past one of their kids failed my inspection because he didn't know how to use a parking brake. He brought it halfway up so it was not fully engaged. Oh, and they never put back my Bell stem caps. Thanks. I know this is just a minor thing but this means I have to go out and buy more.

  I was impressed by how quickly the Mr.Tire team took my vehicle in for inspection and got me back on the road again. Dana the manager is very nice and I look forward to returning back for future vehicle needs!

  Made a appointment for oil change and when I got there there was the manager and no workers she told me she dont .are t h em come in till 10 or 11 because the dont like working morning what a joke this place is people just sitting there not doing nothing how do you have 4 workers and only one can fix things waste of money if you ask me they have a new person there her name is Shannon she was nice and got me in and out fast when I came back for my appointment the next day thank God for her because no one else can show up
