- 2L2 lips6 days ago1.0This Brockport location is very dirty. Looks like they haven't vacuumed in weeks. The agent behind the desk was very sloppy wearing sweat pants &,sweat shirts. Completely unprofessional. I came in from out of town to exchange a vehicle approved & verified though my insurance with this location and he basically said dont see ut can't help you. Didn't try to do anything else, was resistant to verify or help. This place, compared to other locations which I have been to, sucks
