Didn't like the Fact that he was trying to talk her into Purchasing the Most Expensive Battery, when all she was asking for was the EXACT SAME BATTERY that was in the Car already. I work for AAA, and advised her that she Doesn't have to buy the Most expensive Battery, when Most Cheaper Batteries are Covered for FREE Replacement for 3 years. Just have to look for the Little Sticker on the SIDE of the Battery with the 'Date'(Month/Year) on it. Keep that in mind EVERYONE.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
