  I had to wait 2.5 hours for an inspection after having to drive to another town because my hometown Valvoline is not doing inspections. The mechanics are doing their best with a reduced staff and locations.

  I was gonna come there but a friend of mine told me NOT to come to this place, Just take caution I will not being going here.. as you can see in the last comment they screwed someone else over 👎 bad business!!

  They broke my car!!! I brought my Mercedes to Valvoline on Monday the 16th for a routine oil change. A few days later, the “Add Quart Oil” warning light came on. When I returned to the location, I discovered that the vehicle was now leaking oil significantly—something that was not happening prior to my visit. The staff suggested the issue could be due to normal wear and tear; however, this explanation is difficult to accept given that there were no leaks before the service. The problem only began after the oil change. I was also informed that if their affiliated shop determines they are not at fault, I would be responsible for the diagnostic costs. Based on the situation, I strongly believe the issue resulted from the service itself—specifically, that the oil filter may have been overtightened, potentially damaging the oil cooler or filter housing. Overall, this experience is has me in tears and it's inconvenient. I would advise that No one ever deal with valvoline for service. They will break your car and won't fix it. The shop wants $1,003.48 to fix

  Took way longer than the Victor one, but Jason is so unfathomably based that it was well worth it. Jason needs to be promoted immediately, and must be protected at all costs. Jakob also was pretty epic. Both of them correctly identified the emotional support chicken nugget as being definitively not a potato.
