I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for him to finish the car ahead of me. He said it would be $21 pass or fail, saw my license plates and registration sticker on my passenger seat. He said i could put those on for you as well and i said great. I'd say less than 15 minutes he had my license plates on, NYS inspection sticker and registration sticker on my front window and i was off to my next destination. He was kind, professional, efficient, friendly, and it made my day. I highly recommend this Valvoline.

There’s happy, but serious banter between them. These people and If you will, excuse the expression ,are a well oiled machine! There’s always zero pressure about add-ons which I really appreciate, I love the fact they check the air pressure on my tires because it’s always off a few pounds on each tire. When they’re done, someone always needs to help me reset the oil reminder, and they never make me feel stupid about not knowing how to do it. I didn’t put them on the clock, but I truly believe I was in and out of there in 10 minutes or less. It’s amazing, I just love going there. Make sure you get online and get a coupon they’re always online. Just go, you’ll be glad you did.

They always checked filter, tire pressure, fluid levels, lights, wipers etc. They did not do any of these checks this time. Just changed the oil and signal me to leave. I brought this up to the person guiding me out all I got is we apologize.
