After using up my 2 free oil changes that came with my lease, I returned to Valvoline. During my oil change visit, Valvoline immediately discovered the skid plate screws had been overtightened at Ide Honda— they were practically welded on. Mike, the manager, was fantastic — He personally went down under my vehicle to see exactly how tight these bolts were and if there were any other issues so he could relay the correct information to me. Mike was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue without any pressure. The entire team was efficient, professional, and genuinely focused on doing the right thing. Thank you, Mike and the Valvoline team, for your integrity and consistently outstanding service. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
