    I never post reviews or anything but Enterprise is a very different experience to everyone. You can book a car on the App or Web App and they let you show up and they may not even have your car. This is a terrible policy by the Corporate entity, not the local branches. So if that is your "Seinfeld" style experience, its understandable. However! This location, having a little experience more than id like to admit renting cars , has an awesome crew and Enterprise holdings corp. need to give these folks a heated indoor car cleaning bay for a reward or just basic respect. Margret , Manuel, Jordan and now Brian are the people I've interacted with the most. There is someone else but i forget his name and only once did i see him. But Marge and Manny and Jordan and Brian have given me rides to and from my Job to get and drop off cars. They help me every time i ask and even when the first time i had a bit of a sticker shock, they don't tell you when booking online that they will take a $300 deposit upfront for the car , well that hard when your living "poor" in this country. I felt the need to shout these folks out, they are awesome and deserve recognition

    We rented a car from enterprise, had it for day. When we return the car at 4:45, there was a note on the door that said they were out of the office & to use the drop box to return the car. We waited an hour, but had to leave so we used the drop box. Two days later we got the receipt for a 2 day rental. The bill claims we returned the car at 7:25. The location closes at 6pm. I contacted the national phone number. They apologized and told me that they would forward my complaint to the location to have the bill corrected. The bill has not been corrected. It's been a week. Enterprise has lost a customer who has been renting from them for well over thirty years. To add insult to injury, they charged us for gas. We we gassed the car down the block from the location. We returned the car with exactly how much gas was in the tank when we picked it up. This may have been our fault since we didn't check the gas level on the contract versus what was actually in the car. But then again, they don't give paper contracts anymore. At least we didn't get one. I wanted to post an update. The manager called me today, he promised to fix the bill. I will let everyone know if this is resolved
