    I had a check engine light on and went in with a few questions about my car. One of the commercial guys Gilbert scanned my car for me and helped me find the codes. He was able to get me the part I needed and recommended a good auto shop. Turns out he was right and I needed an 02 sensor. He also recommended an emissions cleaner and thanks to his help and I was able to pass inspection. My check engine is still off!

    Thank you! I was in need of wiper blades and did not know how to change them. It was raining outside and i did not think they put them on but Guilbert volunteered to help me and came out in the pouring rain to put them on for me. Guilbert is great and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out. The other bald guy is also really nice

    Let me be very clear — this store has good employees, but Gilbert is a liability. Bryan used to help me and he was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, and actually willing to do his job. Luis is decent and will step in to help when needed. Gilbert, on the other hand, should not be in a customer-facing role — let alone calling himself a manager. If you walk in needing something simple like an engine light check or battery test, be prepared to be treated like you’re bothering him. He consistently acts irritated, dismissive, and inconvenienced by customers asking for basic services the store advertises. This morning I walked in and the first thing I see is Gilbert sitting on the desk, glued to his phone, no name tag, completely unprofessional. When he finally acknowledged me, it was a cold, rude “Can I help you?” — not welcoming, not respectful, just attitude. He claims he’s management. If that’s true, that’s a serious problem. Managers are supposed to lead by example. Sitting on a desk scrolling your phone and treating customers like interruptions is not leadership — it’s laziness and arrogance. The store’s reputation is being damaged by one person who clearly does not want to help anyone. Corporate needs to step in and evaluate this immediately. Employees like Bryan build the brand. Employees like Gilbert tear it down. If nothing changes, customers will stop coming. It’s that simple.
