- SYShamar Younge1 day ago5.0Took my Tesla Model 3 to Nico's twice. The first time, I had a noise when I turned the wheel, it was intermittent so unfortunately, when I took it in, they couldn't duplicate the concern or find anything wrong. Guy at the front desk said he refused to charge me the full hour of diagnostic because they just couldn't find anything. Second time I took it in for a rear wheel noise, fully expecting to spend around $500 to replace some broken suspension part,they called and said the wheel hadn't been torqued properly, only $100. They could've easily taken me for a ride but they didn't, hard to find good honest shops nowadays, these guys are the diamond in the rough, they'll do right by you, you don't have to worry about if they're trying to screw you over or not. They don't try to upsell you either, if there is something you do need, they'll let you know. Thanks guys.

It started with $800 for the water pump change Then I got another calling saying there’s another charge of $200 for flushing which I believe should’ve been part of the water pump change already but they charged me for that. Then I got another calling and thwyrw telling me I need a thermostat change and that one is $1668.91. First they says I’ll get it same day, then not then they told me I’ll get it at 10am in the morning and then not, then they told me next Tuesday or Wednesday 😪
