It started with $800 for the water pump change Then I got another calling saying there’s another charge of $200 for flushing which I believe should’ve been part of the water pump change already but they charged me for that. Then I got another calling and thwyrw telling me I need a thermostat change and that one is $1668.91. First they says I’ll get it same day, then not then they told me I’ll get it at 10am in the morning and then not, then they told me next Tuesday or Wednesday 😪
- MBMara BarnsNov 5, 20255.0I’ve brought them two cars now, one was a hot mess that hadn’t moved in 3 years but was a newer car with less than 6 thousand miles, they took the extra step of washing the car down before giving it back. Second car had a giant crack in the windshield I forgot about and was due for an inspection. Nico’s way facilitated my glass replacement for me and went through my insurance. From previous experience I know how hard the front glass on this car is to get and they had the glass installed by the end of the day and followed with my inspection and oil change the following day. Amazing turn around time and I didn’t even have an appointment. Thank you very much guys
