Coming to the vehicle we rented out an 12 passenger ford transit van it was very well maintained van and gave us no issues during the 3 day trip. Also the price per day was so cheap compared to other rental and especially cheaper than Turo app. Please don’t use TURO , I would always suggest my friends to go with enterprise and mostly the enterprise in Lakeland Ave , Bohemia Overall a wonderful experience with enterprise, Bohemia and thanks James for your friendly supports.

When I asked if any other location had a truck, they hadn’t even checked and told me they would check, but if I didn’t hear from them that means they didn’t find one. He talks to customers like he is a robot and has no compassion or understanding. I went to rent a car and I specifically told him the model and type of sedan I wanted to drive and james had several cars like the one I wanted to rent and he directly told me “ your not getting that your gonna get this car” how can he tell me what car im going to rent when im paying with my own money? He is extremely unprofessional and rude not only to customers but to his own employees as well. He was racist to me and I didn’t cause a problem I just wanted an apology. I am reporting this to the better business bureau. The Centereach and Ronkonkoma enterprise are 100% WAY better. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION JAMES WILL MAKE SURE TO GIVE YOU A HARD TIME
