First I was downgraded without being told or credited, I ordered a midsized sedan and was given a compact car and was given the cheapest car that enterprise most likely buys. Second the car had a transmission that was starting to fail (slips intermittently going up steep grades). When I dropped the hunk of junk off in oneonta ny the woman that I dropped the car off with told me her manager would reach out to me about my problems. Instead I get a email from the company that handles damage done to their rentals. It took multiple weeks to learn the “damage” I did to the car they say I somehow bent the rim and the hubcap flew off. One if I was given the car I actually paid for it would have had aluminum rims not steel rims hidden behind a hubcap that could have been hiding damage from a past renter. Surprisingly the manager from this branch did reach out and tried to smooth over the horrid experience that I had with his branch but after they decided to try claiming I bent their rim and all the other issues I have had with enterprise i will never ever rent from enterprise again and will return my business to hertz

Coming to the vehicle we rented out an 12 passenger ford transit van it was very well maintained van and gave us no issues during the 3 day trip. Also the price per day was so cheap compared to other rental and especially cheaper than Turo app. Please don’t use TURO , I would always suggest my friends to go with enterprise and mostly the enterprise in Lakeland Ave , Bohemia Overall a wonderful experience with enterprise, Bohemia and thanks James for your friendly supports.
