  Went shopping here today at 7:50pm empty store with 2 employees standing at the front. I asked if they could help me with a battery and they begrudgingly asked for the make and model and when I didn’t know the trim they said to go out side and get the license plate number. They then asked me if it was a 9 or 10 inch battery. I didn’t know so they told me to measure. I asked for help changing the battery and they refused because there’s only 2 of them…. I work retail and my company put this poor customer service to shame. What a waste of time.

  Very well trained in automotive staff. Was picking up a used car that was unknown to me. Went in for a battery & a couple questions. Had a 45 minute conversation in-between customers about brakes & body parts. Unfortunately not in my neighborhood. But near family so if Im in the area & need auto parts. I will stop back in.

  One of the guys that work here are great ( I thank his name is Joe ) but he knows a lot about cars and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful he honestly deserves a raise.

  Andy took great care of me yesterday. He helped me with my windshield wiper replacement and was very professional and kind! Thank you Andy
