- JDJayme DeanOct 27, 20252.0The courteousness of your staff was good unfortunately to were a couple" serious issues" one with time schedule me for appointment and then pushed it back further when I got there it still wasn't able to go in and took another 45 minutes for going to the shop henceforth when they backed my vehicle out of the shop they Backed into a park vehicle no damage to either vehicle but nevertheless that's a professional business they should at least move the car that was parked directly behind the garage bay ,one of the techs said sir you got to understand it's a big truck, doesn't matter you just don't back into a parked vehicle would have done if that had been a person come on.You should of moved the parked vehicle if there was any question of navigating out of the bay. The whole visit for a appointment service from start to finish for an front end allignment and NYS inspection was an hour and 45 min . Unacceptable in my book and prb any other person's .
