  Went in for 4 tires. Bill at the desk was great and I left the vehicle. Went back paid my bill and drove home. Checked all my tire pressure ( all good) checked all lug nuts for torque and found a finger tight lug nut. Turned out to be broken stud and stripped nut. Went back showed Bill and said he would talk to the boss the following day ( it was a Sunday) . I called back the next day and ( the boss said he was told by the tech it was broken when it came in). I was never called and informed the stud was broken. Not true fresh break( no rust) . I fixed it myself and asked the boss to credit my card back $40- $50 and I would be happy. That is a very fair ask. He said no and offered me a store credit instead that could be used for future work. Why would I bring my vehicle back for anything given my experience.

  It was an awful experience. I waited an hour and 15 minutes before they even took my vehicle in. Then they tried telling me my brand new tires were at a four and five out of 10. And then they forgot to give me back my old tires and I had to go back and get them, and the guy gave me attitude for wanting my old tires back.

  Women at the desk who checked me in had her hands FULL- she still maintained a great attitude and got me checked in right away. I asked her to tell them that I strictly wanted my tires changed with my new ones. Nothing more nothing less. That’s it. No brakes or washer fluid whatever else. And that’s exactly what I got. It was pretty quick - I did leave it for about an hour . Walked in paid and left. Super simple. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the price was a little much. I paid 75$ for 2 tires to be mounted .. typically I believe it’s a dollar an inch. ( coming from a mechanic family) but this was the only place to get me RIGHT in last min on a Monday if all days. Thanks again to the lady at the front. You deserve raise.

  Zero stars. I booked a 1 PM appointment for a car inspection, but the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the attendant was on a phone call, seemed uninterested, and didn’t even acknowledge me—no greeting at all. I handed over my keys, but my car wasn’t touched until 3 PM. When I followed up with the front desk, I was told the technician was at lunch. If that’s the case, why schedule appointments during that time? This was on a Monday, and I had taken time off specifically for this appointment. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. I left without getting my car inspected and won’t be returning to this shop again.

  If I could give no stars, I would. Terrible experience. #1 cannot speak to anyone at the store directly over the phone. Everything goes through an answering service. #2 set an appointment for 12:30 to have a vehicle inspection done while I wait. Not a drop and go. I asked specifically if they would get it in right at 12:30 or if it would be later. I was told specifically they would pull it in at 12:30 and do the inspection. I gave them them the keys at noon, 30 minutes early. I waited on site for over 2 hours and they never touched the vehicle. I had someone pick me up and take me back to work. I tried to contact them twice to verify if the vehicle was done and was unable to speak with anyone except the answering service. When I returned at 4:30 to pick up the vehicle it was finally inspected but nobody had called to inform me it was done.
