Within minutes of leaving, the car started making loud, unusual noises that quickly got worse once we were on the highway. We had to pull over when we realized a large piece underneath the car was hanging down and scraping the road. It was scary and could have ended much worse. She had bought the car new, only had it for several months, and had no problems before this incident. The shop sent someone out to remove the part, clearly indicating it happened during their service, but still refused to even refund the oil change. Very disappointing and unsafe experience!!!!

Immediately upon leaving, her car is making loud rattling noises. She decided to give it some time. Within minutes, she is on the highway and my car begins making extremely loud scraping noises. She pulled over on the side of the highway to find out that the engine carriage is almost completely disconnected from the bottom of her car and dragging on the road. The company knew they messed up, as they sent a worker to come remove the engine carriage from her car, as they knew it was their fault that it was disconnected. She now has to pay to get this fixed. All she asked is for a reimbursement of her oil change, and the company is refusing.
