I even checked to make sure they can change fluid on sealed transmissions and again the website says "absolutely". Upon arrival I waited for a about 30 minutes and they took one look at my car and said we can't do that here. I showed them where it says they do on the webpage and they said maybe the corporate office in Tennessee or Kentucky could do it. This is Upstate NY. Update your website to indicate which services you can ACTUALLY provide.

I called the main Valvoline number. They tracked the invoice number and store number. Then sent me to customer care. They said there is no such invoice number. Told me there was nothing they could do other than i could call the store. I spoke to the "manager" who said because of a power outage they could not accept coupons, and took cash only and no receipt. So what a terrible experience for my young daughter who is just starting to drive! Obviously cash was pocketed by someone and probably not the correct person. Funny how invoice numbers can be found by some and then right after nothing can be found. Save yourself the headache and go some place else.

They checked all the lights, air filter, oil, and battery. They noticed the air filter was incredibly dirty and heavily suggested we change it but didn't pressure me into doing anything! I will definitely return anytime I need to get an oil change!!
