  (November 2025) I was quoted this listing to get my Camry Repaired, and they made up all of these charges just for them to be all false. I didn’t pay and I got told by two different mechanics that these weren’t issues and the car looked fine. SCAM ARTISTS on god.

  Well not good one, to put 2 new snow tires on my vehicle, which anywhere else it would take around half hour, this Mr. Tire had incompetent mechanics working on a holiday, in which took 3 hours to replace two tires. They broke my lugs holding one of my back tires when they were rotating them and had to get them from another garage, which on a holiday they werent quick about it. I probably could of borrowed one of there cars to get the parts needed quicker! 3 hour wait for 2 tires, it made me half hour late for work. Not a good experience. I should have been refunded the labor cost for installing the tires, and been only able to just pay the cost on the two tires!

  Got a flat going south on 81. AAA brought me to Mr. Tire. Extremely fast service. Friendly people. Did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Very good experience.

  Went to have 2 used tires installed and was charged way more than I’ve ever paid anywhere else!! $36 per tire install then $24 each for balancing, then they claim they had to order 2 new lug bolts @ $24 each as that’s how much they were at the only place in town that carried them!! Claimed they tried to call me to tell me they needed replaced because the head was stripped and that my voicemail wasn’t set up or was full which is a flat out lie! I was literally across the street from the store! My car was done in the time they said it would be but they had to order 2 lug bolts and have them delivered for a total of $84.08?? Every part store in town has them in stock for under $5!! When I mentioned this they said they’d give me a slight discount!! Not to mention every other place in town mount and balance are 1 service!! Everyone else was booked I typically pay $25 for this service! I know for a fact the lugs were just fine when I took the car in because I personally inspected everything before bringing it in as i do every time I change my oil! Also the lugs hadn’t been touched since the previous tires were mounted and torqued to specification. They also over inflated the passenger tire by 9lbs!!! Probably hoping I’d get a bubble and have to buy a new one!!! They’re a rip off and a scam and it’s disgusting! Never again will I use Mr Tire!! I’ve attached photo evidence of all of this!! $127 for mounting 2 of my own tires is sick!!

  I go to Binghamton University so I’m not from around the area. My check engine light was on and a lot of places will try to give you higher prices but not these guys. Kevin actually called me after I dropped my car off, and said I can get the part for cheaper from Autozone than them ordering it & saved me over $100! And the check engine light did not come back on. I had taken it to a mechanic in the city earlier in the month, but it came back on after 2 days. These guys know what they’re doing. I cannot recommend them enough! I also got my inspection done here and it was cheaper than what the other places told me, and they fixed my rim because it was a little bent for basically nothing!!! They take great care of your car and you! A true gem !!!💎
