I had a great experience at this tire shop. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and the environment was friendly and professional. Nicole at the front desk was especially pleasant and professional. She reassured me that the technicians would take great care of the services needed for my car, and they certainly did.
The prices were very reasonable, and thanks to the team’s work, my car was able to pass inspection. The entire process went smoothly, and I did not have a single issue with anyone during my visit.
I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you all for a job well done!

IF I could give negative stars, I would. This place is a joke, and they are thieves. Not only did they steal money from us for doing work they NEVER did to my car.. they went ahead and left my under carriage cover tied up with zip ties, and never replaced it with the proper grommets... what a great surprise when the zip ties wore out driving down the road, and the cover started dragging. They also claimed that my windshield washer reservoir had a "leak".... a leak that has never presented itself for the duration of my ownership of this vehicle.. now has a sudden "leak".. then... the best part ever... whatever lady working behind the counter must have inhaled too much exhaust, because trying to communicate with her was comical. I could do nothing but laugh through my frustration. This place then admitted their mistakes and sent us to the Nissan dealership with promises to pay for all of the work Nissan would have to do to fix the mistakes they made.............................the rest that happened with Nissan is a whole other saga, and also very disheartening and disappointing. Paid $1,700 to Mr. Tire to make sure my already well cared for car, was up to top notch performance.... came out with more headaches than I thought was possible... NEGATIVE 11 STARS OUT OF TEN! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do not take your their. Dishonest and rude.
Had an appointment for an inspection at 11am, got there 5 minutes early. I asked how long it would take, the receptionist said 1 hour. After an hour and 15 minutes, I look out and see my car parked in the same spot. I ask the receptionist how much longer, she says that I'm next up. I thought she meant that I would be next to leave, but she actually meant next to get inspected, even though my appointment already had begun over an hour ago, and I was told it would only take one hour. At 12:40 I ask how much longer and remind her that she said my appointment would take one hour, and it's been almost 2 hours. She says that the inspection itself takes one hour, and just because I come in at 11 does not mean I leave at 12. By having an appointment scheduled, it does not mean that my inspection will happen at the scheduled appointment time, just that my inpsection will happen that day. None of this was communicated to me, and I have never heard of that before anywhere else. Not for nothing, another guy in the waiting room has been here since 8am. He did not have an appointment, but he has been waiting for 6 hours. I have been waiting for over two hours now, despite having an appointment. Completely disappointed.

This should be a zero review. I went to this establishment hoping to get an oil change and an inspection. What I got was almost scammed by predatory business practices. They told me my car would fail the inspection because of the rear brake pads being "almost zero". I said I hadn't had any issue or grinding etc. "Well you will!" Yeah, I get how wear and tear works...anyhow, they FAILED me on the inspection because they claimed the rear pads were so bad and I did not have the time/money to do the brake pads right then (I had waited 2.5 hours at that point for my car). LO AND BEHOLD I took it to Subaru dealership today and the pads are at 3 MM!!! They have several thousand miles of use left on them. So I paid Mr. Tire Binghamton for a "failed inspection" that should not have been failed and almost got scammed out of replacing halfway good brake pads. NOT TO MENTION, in the THREE HOURS it took them to try their scam and "change my oil", I befriended this elderly lady in the waiting room and she walked out with a 2000$ bill, when she came in for a simple tire repair. After my experience, God only knows what wool they pulled over her eyes! Additionally the place was filthy. So, literally try anywhere else that they won't gaslight you out of hundreds of dollars.

"Call me with any problems" doesn't mean tell me it's "in great shape". Today, when I questioned the bill, the front desk tells me "windshield washer fluid was leaking pretty bad". And the additional 150 plus dollars for tire accident replacement was never explained to me, just added. Why are my brakes still rubbing terribly? I didn't tell them about it because there was a "free inspection" of them. I figured they'd call me with that problem also. Tires and alignment seem to be right. But $1756 for 4 Cooper tires and alignment?? How can I trust that anything else was done when I noticed "Low Windshield Washer Fluid" warning comes on while driving away?? No mention, just " it's in great shape". I'm not paying for lip service. Especially when I'm charged for " top off fluids". Brake fluid changed? Coolant changed? Cabin and air filters changed? Who knows..... How can I trust when something that simple isn't mentioned? And why did it light up when I was driving home? Manager wasn't there yesterday, was told to come back today. Had a fella tell me " yeah, heard he did next to nothin' yesterday ". And that just so happens to be the day my car was in their possession. Fantastic.
UPDATE:
Today was another failure from Mr. Tire, Court Street in Binghamton, NY. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU RISK being sued, injuring, or perhaps killing an innocent person by bringing your car here. They FAILED to put the under belly cover on correctly and it came loose while in motion. If I were on the highway the piece most likely would've flown off and hit another car and/or caused an accident. It's no coincidence thati within 25 miles of travel after leaving Mr. Flat Tire this happens. There is a very specific way that those need to be removed and fastened back on. Now, instead of $1753 worth of maintenance, I've been given a headache with probably the same amount in repairs incurred on the vehicle. Whomever is responsible, you should think about changing careers before you kill someone. Actually, my guess is that you just don't give a damn. Maybe that warranty I paid for and wasn't told about will cover it. I guess since I wasn't given any paperwork on said warranty you're all clear, aye? Just another day at the shop.
