For my regular maintenance, I went in for a simple tire rotation for my 2023 RAV4 LE with 25k miles. Guy at the front desk said it would cost $26, which is very reasonable. Few minutes later, they drive my car into the car lift bay. Then, as I am waiting in the lobby, the front desk guy goes to bay and talks to the mechanic. Few minutes later, he goes up to me and says he won’t do the tire rotation because the tread on my tires are low. He plays the good guy and says, “I could have taken your money and done the rotation, but I’m not evil”. Then, proceeds to upsell me $900 tires. I thank him for the advice then leave. Here are pictures of my tires at the bottom. As you can see, they are in good condition with the wear bars very visible. I am now getting my car serviced at an honest mechanic shop (Jimmy’s mechanic shop) who double checked that my tire tread is great. This shop is dishonest and would not recommend to anyone. Honestly, don’t know how they have such a high rating.

And then when we were called to ask how work was being done or if the car was done, they refused to answer and they would get mad because we kept calling to get an answer. Had the car for 4 days and still couldn't give us a straight answer of what was wrong with the vehicle or couldn't figure it out even though?And tried to blame us for it, but it was drivable.When it was there, now it's not drivable.And if you deal with someone named charlie he shouldn't be. Dealing with anyone, he should be fired. Because I had to call 6 times back-to-back. Just to get anyone to enter the phone. And when he would call us and he was blaming us for the issues with the vehicle. When we didn't have the vehicle in our possession, he did. So suffice , to say that he is a horrible worker , and no one should ever go to this store as long as he works there
