The next day I was hearing a clicking and popping in the front left. I called them to see if I could get it back in/ if they had any idea what could be causing the noise. Unsure, they said they could get me in the following day but I had to work, so we picked a later day that week. Fast forward a few hours, the car was driving fine. I run down to the store and THANKFULLY as I was driving past the front street Mavis my steering locked up completely. I could hardly turn into the parking lot. I turned on my flashers, and walked into the store. I told the gentlemen at the counter the story, the staff immediately came out and worked on moving my vehicle by hand, for 30 mins, in the rain. Eventually they got it in, and up on the lift immediately. They were able to figure out that the joint/ bolt that holds the CV axle in place after the alignment is done was loose. It was sliding around, and while turning, got locked up in the wrong position. Easy fix. Took 10 mins. They assured me that it would be tightened up correctly this time. Wonderful staff here who deserves recognition for their dedication and willingness to help, even with drop in situations- while being out in the rain, lying in the ground, having to use their literal man power to move my stranded vehicle. ALSO, while standing by waiting the other patrons watching had so many great things to say about the staff at this location! That they followed certain mechanics here from their previous jobs. Dj, Mike, Brandon and Justin were so great! I’ll absolutely be going to the front street store in the future!

Since leaving the car overnight was not an option (and I hate making those kinds of demands) a whole team went to work and turned the car around in a few hours, as promised. The whole team, led up by Carmine, was super polite and friendly - and really went above and beyond with skill and customer service.
