  The customer service was top notch..I was treated like family and the work they did on my truck was amazing I recommend using mavis for all my vehicle needs and maintenance..they gave me a great price and discounts on the work they did and I will be telling all of my friends and co-workers to use mavis for all their work they need done to their vehicles

  My tire pressure light came on, and I stopped to have it checked out. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. They immediately tried to put air in the tires, but we realized that it was leaking and needed to be looked at further.He said I might be waiting a little bit, but they would do their best to help me. He kept me up to date with what was going on, and my appointment was just under a hour. The mechanic that worked on my car was also quick, and thural working together to get me back on the road. I am thankful for great service and will use them in the future. Courteous and friendly staff that should be recognized for a job well done. The guy at the çounter has been there in the past as well and he's always friendly and helpful. Good job Upper front St NY

  I was in a trying situation I had a flat on the interstate but I was glad to have find Mavis discount tire DeMarco and Ds really helped price wise very affordable was her size and let me know all of the things that needed to be done handled my order with care and concern and treated us very well I will highly recommend this service and continue to use this company for my tires and automotive needs

  I had recently inherited a very neglected Nissan from a distant cousin of mine, and it needed some serious TLC. DJ was very knowledgeable and didnt hesitate to take on the job. He did all four pads and rotors in a surprisingly short amount of time, and now my steering wheel no longer shakes, and I dont have to put the petal to the floor anymore. Best of all, my car stops again! Thanks, Mavis!

  Okay so this review could possibly be considered biased because I've known the manager of this particular location for years.. but on the other hand, that's why I feel comfortable going to this particular location. There are actually only two mechanics on this planet that I trust with my vehicles, and Carmine is one of them. I also extend this to anybody working with him... So long story short, I have a 2020 Honda Civic with 590,000 mi on it. Keeping it maintained is important as without my vehicle I don't work tomorrow. I also don't need the hassle of someone coming out to the waiting area at whatever random place I'm at and telling me I need parts that I really don't need. I've never had Carmine do that either here or where he's worked before. This will keep me coming back. This particular visit I had a simple oil change done, which for me is about every 3 and 1/2 weeks. This one was a little different because having had over 75 oil changes on this car since I've owned it, the threads inside the oil pan finally wore out and instead of just telling me this I was allowed to come back in to the garage where they showed me. Even though we were able to get a plug back into the hole, unfortunately he wasn't able to fix it at the time however telling me about the problem saves me serious headaches down the road especially when we remove this particular plug in another couple weeks for my next oil change. So anyway, I definitely recommend this particular Mavis location. They may come out and recommend other repairs that you weren't ready for, but if they do it's only because it's something that you're going to need very soon...
